N.S. offers financial help to bring U.S.-based video game developer to Halifax

HALIFAX, N.S. - Nova Scotia's business development agency is offering financial assistance to bring a New York-based video game developer to Halifax.

Longtail Studios plans to create up to 60 jobs over the next five years.

The province, through Nova Scotia Business Inc., is providing a five-year payroll rebate to a maximum of $1,077,397.

Longtail Studios develops games for the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and Nintendo DS.
